Built in 1892, same year as the Lodge, this charming cabin has the original, wide-planked pine floor, full kitchen, loft bedroom with a double bed, living area has a double sleeper sofa, bath with shower, large stone covered patio across the front living area that overlooks the spacious lawn and gardens leading to the Lodge. Downstairs has central heat, upstairs is baseboard heat. A/C unit in window of upstairs.
The Cabin is available for reservations August 1st through February 28th. In March, April, and May, it is a dedicated space for Appalachian Trail thru-hikers, and in June and July there is a long term reservation for those two months.
